Trump is currently engaged in a bald-faced attempt to destroy the legal profession by crushing any law firm that takes a case he disagrees with.
This type of behavior will cascade to the state level as well.
In the end, this will hurt everyone’s freedom. Because if we can’t rely on the law, flawed as it is, for justice, then everything this country stands for is lost. This country is far from perfect, but it was better than this, and if we don’t stop the attacks on the foundations of our country, we will descend into chaos, violence, and a complete lack of freedom for all.
